With impact-absorbing construction, and an adjustable fit that moves with you, each piece is designed with high performance material allowing for a full range of motion. The Tacks XR Pro protective gear delivers maximum coverage and comfort without the bulk, so you can focus on the game from the first shift, to the final buzzer.
Construction
These elbow pads are designed with a max coverage ASD (Anatomical Shield Design) with a 2-piece construction. The 2-piece construction is engineered to offer maximum-level protection and comfort to make sure players are ready to take on the worst of impacts without sacrificing mobility.
Forearm Protection
CCM protected the forearms on the elbow pads with an adjustable ADPTFIT guard fitted with D30 Zero and an optimized slash guard. This pro-level injection molded forearm guard gives players maximum coverage and durable protection. The length-adjustable slash guard is designed to give extra protection to the player’s wrist and forearms. The comfortable EVA foam liner offers better comfort to players while on the ice.
Elbow Caps
The elbows are protected with anatomical JDP Caps with a D30 Zero Comfort Donut. This pro-level cap with D30 Zero foam liner is designed to better support the elbow and help distribute impact energy away from the joints.
Bicep Protection
These elbow pads are designed with a flexmotion dual layered bicep construction with air channels. The Flexmotion dual layers bicep is there to keep your elbow in place and increase your range of motion. Breathability is also key, so CCM added air channels to increase airflow during play.
Strapping System
To keep the elbow pads in place, CCM designed these pads with ADPTFIT 360 straps. The new straps allow players to customize their elbow protection with the new middle and forearm ADPTFIT 360 straps, with a fit that is tailored to their needs. Additionally, the forearm guard is adjustable so that players can have a feel they want and that best suits them.
