At TheHockeyShop, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the ice. If your equipment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
